Harry Tajyar, Managing Partner

Over 20 years of experience in investor relations. Began his career at The Financial Relations Board (FRB), the world’s largest investor relations firm, and was promoted to the firm’s youngest vice president in its 40-year history. Received IR Program of the Year awards for his work for Starwood Hotels (NYSE: HOT), Taro Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: TARO), ValueVision (Nasdaq: VVTV) and many others. Helped launch Investor Relations Partners following his 8-year career at FRB and has served as the firm’s Managing Partner since its founding in 2002.

Responsibilities at IRP include executing comprehensive investor relations programs for a variety of micro-cap to small-cap companies. Directs oversight for all of our client’s deal and non-deal roadshows, retail and institutional investor marketing programs and financial media activities. Responsible for developing and implementing tailored investor relations programs designed to expand and strengthen our clients’ shareholder base, as well as initiating a proactive strategy to cover both sell-side analysts and target appropriate buy-side firms.  Promotes and maintains effective relationships with research analysts, debt investors, institutional investors and individual investors. Formulates and manages annual I.R. event calendars, including investor conferences and road shows and the annual shareholders meeting.

Direct oversight for the coordination of the quarterly earnings call process, including drafting of earnings releases, conference call scripts and management Q&A sessions. Represented shareholders’ perspectives to executives and prepared them for meetings with investors and/or analysts. Designs and updates multiple corporate presentations, while ensuring accurate maintenance of client’s IR websites. Engaged in analysis of market data, developing appropriate models and conducting research when necessary.


Beth Senko, CFA, Senior Vice President and Account Group Supervisor

Beth Senko is an industry award-recognized equity analyst with over 20 years of success creating innovative approaches to investment research and client relationships. She has built and managed day-to-day investment research and investor marketing efforts at large and small firms and gained strong credibility with corporate and investor clients through differentiated research conveying the story beyond the numbers.

She started her career on the buyside as a small-cap growth expert for Forstmann-Leff Associates, a $4 billion money manager in New York. While on the buyside, she covered a range of emerging growth names including Brinker International (EAT), Marriott (MAR), CR Bard (BCR), and Cracker Barrel (CBRL).  She moved to the sellside to cover the medical device and service space for Suntrust Robinson-Humphrey in Atlanta covering names such as  Anthem (ANTM), Healthsource (now part of Cigna (CI)), Humana (HUM) and HBO and Company (now part of McKesson). While a senior analyst at Morgan Stanley, the Wall Street Journal ranked her #2 in their annual “Best on the Street” survey in the healthcare services space and Institutional Investor named her “Best Up-and-Comer” in their first survey of young analysts.

She was part of Lehman’s healthcare research team before moving to Bain & Company as a consultant and part of the original team in Bain’s New York office. She returned to Wall Street to cover U.S. healthcare for ABN-AMRO and Williams Capital, L.P. In 2009 she again was named to the Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” survey for her work in medical devices and technology, ranking third out of more than 40 eligible analysts. She currently writes research on U.S. and international  companies in the healthcare and consumer spaces for Edison Investment Group.

Whether writing research reports, conference call scripts or marketing brochures, she skillfully distills complex ideas to their salient memorable points. Deep knowledge of capital markets that effectively shapes and presents business strategies while telling a compelling story to give clients’ constituents the types of information they need.


Todd Markey, Director of Business Development

As an innovative and relationship-driven new business director, Mr. Markey is responsible for uncovering undervalued equities that can benefit from IRP’s services and products, including but not limited to the firm’s exclusive affiliation with a $250 million hedge fund and partnership with Nasdaq.  Mr. Markey is also primarily responsible for building relationships with key Wall Street principals, including leading investment banks and other sources of capital, sell-side analysts, institutional investors, as well as key industry contacts. His well-known reputation in the investment community has helped dozen of clients execute their strategic plans through an aggressive, but systematic, investor and public relations program.


Pat Morello – Vice President, Market Intelligence

Mr. Morello has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing expertise. He founded a successful financial services firm, ran a real estate investment firm, was chief marketing officer of two online based financial trading educational firms and launched several brands that subsequently generated substantial revenues and profitability. His ventures included an Italian specialty food line and celebrity-endorsed brands that are featured in many national stores and big box retailers. His understanding of developing a company’s vision and achieving its goals are almost second nature to him. Mr. Morello has over a decade of experience in global financial markets specializing in investor awareness. He is primary responsible for increasing IRP’s clients’ exposure by leveraging his extensive database of accredited investors, retail investors and institutional investors that he has accumulated through his years on Wall Street as well as creating marketing campaigns to attract new investors to continue to expand his database.


 Jim Goldman, Senior Associate, Market Intelligence

Jim Goldman and his team raises investor awareness for IRP’s clients.  Using two proprietary databases, the team markets directly to brokers, institutional investors and other potential buyers of small-cap equities.  Mr. Goldman’s team is also primarily responsible for arranging non-deal road shows for IRP’s clients across the major 32 financial centers in the United States.  During his tenure at IRP, Mr. Goldman and his team has orchestrated over 100 non-deal roadshows, many of which have transitioned into actual financings for our clients, raising over $500 million.


Gerard M. Jennings, Senior Vice President, Media Relations 

An expert in media relations, Gerald Jenning’s team creates a client’s story then pitch it to the press, radio and TV. Every day Mr. Jennings works with local, state, and national print, electronic, and broadcast media to arrange interviews publicizing our client companies, their products and services. Jennings’ expertise and connections have resulted in hundreds of positive stories in newspapers, magazines and trade publications and media appearances for IRP’s clients.


 Jerry Miller, Vice President, Media Relations

Jerry Miller brings over 40 years of investor and public relations experience to IRP clients.  His expertise includes corporate communications, crisis management, and image and reputation management, and social media strategy. As a consultant and partner in one of the largest independent national agencies, The Financial Relations Board, Mr. Miller developed and implemented strategies and programs for financial, financial services, real estate, consumer, technology, health and pharmaceuticals, and professional services companies.


Max Pashman, Vice President, Media Relations 

Max Pashman strategizes and executes financial, public, and social media campaigns for IRP’s clients. Mr. Pashman leads the marketing team to create thoughtful and impactful advertising campaigns for IRP’s clients. Builds and maintains relationships with relevant businesses regionally and globally with a means to help shape the perceptions of key allies and critics. Ensures approved and validated metrics communicated publicly and develops a strategic analyst engagement plan. Mr. Pashman implements unique and proprietary strategies for IRP’s clients by authoring press releases and media alerts while pitching stories and interviews for daily reports.


 Jennifer Lyons, CFA, Vice President and Account Group Manager

Jennifer Lyons is a professional investor relations executive with proven analytical and investment marketing skills.  Ms. Lyons works directly with IRPs clients to craft the investment story and create the most effective collateral for each group of potential investors.  Prepares offering memorandums for private company sales transactions and generates valuation models for public companies. Creates marketing materials to support the launch of our new IPOs as well as developing road show presentations, corporate fact sheets, shareholder reports, earnings releases and conference call scripts.


John Rempel, Vice President and Account Group Manager – Hong Kong Office

John Rempel brings more than 20 years of experience to IRP.  Formerly the Chief Financial Officer of a Nasdaq-listed company (also an IRP client), he now heads-up IRP’s Hong Kong office.  Working with our Asian clients, Mr. Rempel prepares corporate financials, SEC and XBRL filings and handles investor relations account management.  Mr. Rempel is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.


Arnold Cohen, Senior Associate

Arnold Cohen is responsible for successful execution of IRP’s media strategy and outreach including executive exposure campaigns, perception audits and investor/media event planning. With a background in Wall Street and media, Mr. Cohen focuses on building long-term management credibility with investors and the public.
